About Twiningvine LLC
Twiningvine LLC has farmed dry since its founding in 2008, working estate vineyards in Castro Valley with no supplemental water. The only estate winery in the area, the program centers on Cabernet Franc, Zinfandel, and Tempranillo, alongside the dessert wine Lazy Eight. Recent medals at OC Wine Competition 2026 include Silver for the 2022 Estate Cabernet Franc, 2024 Estate Rosé, and 2022 Estate Tempranillo, plus Silver for Lazy Eight and Bronze for the 2022 Estate ZIN-GIO blend. Tastings happen the second and fourth weekends of each month, March through September, outdoors under oak on the patio of a historic barn.
