This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, and Petite Verdot was fermented in barrel using wild yeast and aged four years on new French oak. The Reserve Chardonnay 2022 from Elephant Mountain took Double Gold and 92 points at Pacific Northwest Wine Competition. The Leatherback Syrah 2021 and Mourvèdre 2021 from Elephant Mountain each earned Gold at the same competition. The Terrapin Blend 2021, a 60% Syrah and 40% Mourvèdre from Elephant Mountain, received Gold and 90 points. The winery supports protection of Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles through education, public awareness and conservation.
