About Tschida
Three generations of Tschidas work the Seewinkel region in Burgenland. Welschriesling and Sauvignon Blanc anchor the portfolio at entry price. Albedo pairs Welschriesling with Gelber Muskateller. Linos, a Grauer Burgunder in barrique, steps up the oak. Famos blends Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Akro, also barriqued, marries Cabernet Sauvignon with Zweigelt. The cellar reaches into sweet territory with Paul, a Pinot Noir Beerenauslese. Adonis, a young cuvée of Bouvier and Gelber Muskateller, arrives fresh. Tastings happen in family atmosphere. The winery opens Tuesday 5-7 PM and Saturday 3-7 PM for direct sales.
