About

Rosa and Johann Fink planted their first vineyard at Am Bühel in 1925, establishing Fink in Wallern im Burgenland. The winery has been certified organic since 2008 and produces vegan-suitable wines from the 2015 harvest onward. Beyond wine, the cellar produces table grapes, verjus, grape juice, vinegar, grape seed oil, grape jelly, and brandy.
