About Trinity River Vineyards
Trinity River Vineyards was founded in 1983 in the Willow Creek AVA near Ukiah. The program centers on two estate vineyards. Gardner Ranch, planted in 1973, sits on the east side of the Trinity River. Winnett vineyard is located at 900 feet elevation. The work is organically grown with zero synthetic chemicals. Mechanical weeding and certified organic sulfur handle mold control. Integrated pest management replaces insecticides entirely. The portfolio spans Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Grigio. Current releases include Kingfisher Sauvignon Blanc, Osprey Chardonnay, Merganser Rosé of Sangiovese, Coho Red Wine, Hummingbird Pinot Noir, Cedar Waxwing Pinot Grigio, and Black Bear Cuvée.
