Don Bremm and Sharon Hanks craft small-quantity wines in Trinidad using traditional techniques. Grapes arrive from Napa, Sonoma, Mendocino, and Amador. The work is unfiltered, unpumped, unfined, with only a minimum of sulfites added. Red wines rest in French and American oak for 22 to 36 months, then bottle age another six months before release. The tasting room sits at 529 Trinity Street, open daily except Tuesdays. The program has earned recognition as Humboldt's Best Wine Maker and Best Winery on the North Coast in 2014. Wine club members receive selections tailored to individual palate, with seasonal recipes for Gold and Platinum tiers.
