The program centers on handcrafted batches made with honey from their own bees, supplemented by sourcing from apiaries across the world. The cellar also produces cider and wine, but mead is the focus here. The tasting room at 115 West 3rd Street opens Friday and Saturday from noon to ten, Sunday noon to six. Private events run through the week. Bottles to go available for pickup.
