About Traveler's Cellar Winery

Traveler's Cellar Winery opened in Rockfield in 2019, built on Crider series soil, Kentucky's official state soil. Derrick Huff and Deserea Huff produce Norton, Blaufrankisch, Riesling, Vignoles, Vidal Blanc, Gewurztraminer, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Grigio, Baco Noir, and Shiraz. The vineyard began in 2018 and expanded with 210 vines in spring 2019, then 240 more in spring 2020. Grapes and juice source from Kentucky's Hilltop Vineyard in Scottsville, alongside New York, Pennsylvania, and Australia. The Sangria earned Gold in 2021. Tepache' took Silver in both 2023 and 2022. Charcuterie Snack Packs are available.
