About
Tipsy Afternoon Vineyards sits on 5.3 acres in the Sierra Foothills of Northern California, near Oroville. Founded in 1998, the program focuses on estate-grown red wines. Barbera vines here are 25 years old. The portfolio spans Barbera, Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Zinfandel, all produced and bottled on the property. Two expressions define the house. The Classic receives two years in oak, bottled at $29. The Nouveau spends six months in oak and sells for $19. A Rosé rounds the range at $19 per bottle. The winery now exports its wines directly, the tasting room closed.
