The Peachfork opened in 2016 on the Colorado Plateau in Palisade, where the house specializes in raising high-quality fresh fruit and wine grapes. The program spans Chambourcin, Noiret, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Blaufränkisch, Lemberger, Riesling, Gewurztraminer, and Traminette. The Chambourcin '23 earned double gold at both the Colorado Governors Cup and San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition. Sarge's Sweet Red Blend '24 took double gold at the Governors Cup. The Blaufränkisch '22 won AWS Double Gold with a 93 score, Governors Cup Silver, Texas International Gold, and GAMIWC Silver. A Syrah Port '06 claimed GAIWC Platinum. The Traminette '23 scored 91 points and silver at the AWS Commercial Competition and SFCWC. The Pear Apple, a sparkling fruit wine made in partnership with Scrumpies in Fort Collins, won Best of Sparkling with 94 points at the 2025 AWS. The tasting room is open Thursday through Tuesday, noon to five, in winter, and seven days a week in summer and fall.
