The Landing

About

Perched on the Purerua Peninsula in the Bay of Islands, this tiny vineyard grows Chardonnay, Syrah, and a bunch of other varieties in those killer long summers and sea breezes. You get there by private boat, which is already peak romance, and then it's vineyard tour, tasting, and lunch in their brand new winery before cruising back across the bay. Bookings only, but honestly, that's part of the charm.
