About The Blue Beryl Winery
At the base of Mt. Garfield in Palisade, The Blue Beryl is a small boutique winery run by a mother-daughter duo. Everything is estate grown and made. The program moves between Orange Muscat and Chenin Blanc, a Barrel-Aged Chenin Blanc rested six months in French oak, and a natural fermentation Beaujolais-style Cabernet Franc called Harvest Toast. The cellar also holds Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc, both aged twenty months in French oak. The tasting room has outdoor seating and serves food.
