Founded in 2009, The Artisan's Cellar operates a 16,000-square-foot distribution facility and licensed winery in West Chester. The house sources hand-picked direct imports through eight national importers, bringing bulk wine from winemakers in Italy, France, Austria, and across the United States. The cellar fills kegs and other formats from that bulk inventory. Through Pennsylvania's Special Liquor Order program, the operation gained the ability to distribute kegs sourced globally.
