Tenuta Campo al Signore sits on the Strada del vino Costa degli Etruschi between Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci, where the Bolgheri DOC program unfolds across certified organic vineyards and cellar. Since 2022, the work has followed organic protocols throughout. The house produces wine with natural products and minimal exogenous additions and invasive techniques. Olive oil arrives via manual harvest from mid-October to early November, then cold-pressed and bottled in continuous cycle. Tasting packages weave in vintage cars, a reflection of the owner's passions.
