About Temi Winery
Open every day, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Founded in 1989 in the village of Gremi, Kakheti, Temi is an inclusive community center and social enterprise, home to roughly 70 residents, that also runs a winery. It farms about 7 organic hectares of Saperavi and Rkatsiteli using traditional Georgian and organic methods to produce qvevri wine, and is a member of Georgia's Natural Wine Association. Its wine has won awards at domestic wine festivals, and the community also offers tourism services.
