Kostarov Family Winery is run jointly by two families in the village of Gremi, Telavi Municipality, Kakheti, within the Kindzmarauli appellation where vineyards overlook the Alazani River Valley northeast of Tbilisi. The winery makes natural wine in qvevri using traditional Georgian methods and bottles it unfiltered; as of this research it is not yet represented in the U.S. market.
