The program centers on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay sourced from Pacific Coast vineyards, spanning single-vineyard expressions across Oregon and California appellations. The house markets this range as '1,000 Miles of Pinot.' Kathryn Walt Hall, who grew up in the vineyard, carries family traditions forward through the work. The tasting room pairs wines with caviar, cheeses, charcuterie, and potato chips and dip.
