Tank House Winery was founded in 2007 by Al Caviglia and Joe Caviglia, with the first vintage arriving in 2008. The Caviglia family began farming in Santa Clara, California in 1906. The program spans nine varietals across red and white, including Zinfandel, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Teroldego, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Rosé. The 2021 Petit Verdot is bottled straight varietal. The tasting room at 12830 Harding Ave opens Friday 1PM to 6PM, Saturday and Sunday 11AM to 6PM.
