Swan Valley Wines is a small family-owned vineyard and winery run by Perth-born Bree Lavell and Paul Hoffman, specializing in small batch uncertified organic natural wines celebrating endemic varieties of the Swan Valley. Drawing from their combined studies in botany, ecology, naturopathy and viticulture, they focus on sourcing the highest quality old-vine material from the gravelly loam soils of the Darling Scarp foothills. The winery is currently closed to visitors but distributes wines through small batch stores and wine bars across Australia.
