About Mann Wines

Mann Winery is a small, family-run producer in Swan Valley that releases just two sparkling wines annually, both made using traditional French methods and hand-riddled before aging in bottle for two years. Founder Dorham Mann, with decades of industry experience, personally conducts tastings and shares stories at the cellar door. The winery operates seasonally from August for approximately six months or until the vintage sells out.
