Subsea Estate is Australia's first open-ocean winery located off the coast of Augusta, Margaret River, where wines are immersed 20 meters beneath the Southern Ocean during secondary fermentation. The unique winemaking technique harnesses the natural energy and motion of the ocean to stir wines and create distinctive flavor profiles unavailable through traditional land-based methods. Premium Margaret River wines are crafted by leading wine pioneers backed by French winemaking expertise from Wine Reef.
