Five hectares scattered across Gumpoldskirchen, split between white and red plantings. The annual output, roughly 22,000 bottles, reflects a measured pace. The program extends beyond wine into distillates from single varietals, grape juice, Frizzante, and Sekt. There is also wine vinegar made in collaboration with Essigbrauerei Gegenbauer in Vienna. The house has ventured into confection, producing truffle pralines and hand-scooped chocolate, each drawing from the cellar's own wines.
