About Stich-Gaismayer
Irmi Stich runs this certified organic winery in Bad Pirawarth, where the program spans eleven varietals. Grüner Veltliner, Welschriesling, Gelber Traminer, Roter Muskateller, Gelber Muskateller, Chardonnay, Grauer Burgunder, Weißburgunder, St. Laurent, Gewürztraminer, and Roesler form the core. Hand harvesting defines the work for bottled wines. The cellar runs on photovoltaic power. A natural wine program includes the 2025 Lumen, Gewürztraminer fermented on skins and unfiltered. The tasting room opens Saturdays, 10 to 16 hours. A self-service farm shop runs daily, 8 to 20 hours. Bottles cycle through Gruber's cleaning operation in Putzing.
