Starlite Vineyards sits on a hilltop in Geyserville, six acres planted to Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Viognier. Founded in 2003, the program launched with a signature Claret Style Zinfandel, estate fruit aged fourteen months across French, American, and Hungarian oak. The Cabernet Sauvignon, a proprietary blend barrel fermented in French oak with 175 cases released, appears at The French Laundry, Per Se, Eleven Madison Park, Alinea, SingleThread, and Canlis. The Viognier undergoes six months sur lie aging in French oak. A restored 1912 farmhouse is available for wine country stays.
