Founders Tasting

Seated, hosted wine tasting in indoor lounge or outdoor patio featuring current releases of Russian River Valley Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and the proprietary red blend DEEDS. Optional add-on of two limited production Cabernet Sauvignon wines from Chalk Hill and Yountville for additional $30 per guest.
Small Production Reds
$60 per guest
Focused tasting on ACTA's small-production red wines including 2021 Russian River Valley Pinot Noir, 2022 DEEDS, and comparative tasting of 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon wines from Chalk Hill and Yountville.
Woodfire Flatbreads in the Vineyard View Kitchen
Culinary experience pairing wines with freshly made artisan flatbreads from woodfire oven featuring ACTA Estate olive oil and produce from organic gardens. Includes Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and DEEDS. Optional Cabernet Sauvignon add-on available by request.
Winemaker-Hosted Barrel Tastings in the Wine Library Cave
Post-harvest barrel tasting featuring wines maturing in barrel including Cabernet Sauvignon, DEEDS, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir, paired with finished wines and curated artisanal cheese and chocolate pairings in the private Wine Library.
