Spotswood Wines was founded in 2007 by father and son Bill and Nick Spotswood on a Blaauwklippen Road property in Stellenbosch's 'Golden Triangle'. Three generations of Spotswoods live on Down The Road Farm and are involved in the winemaking process. The winery is known for producing unique wines including rare varietals like Durif Dry Rose.
