Dornier Wine Estate is a family-owned winery situated at the foot of Stellenbosch Mountain in the upper Blaauwklippen Valley, focusing on premium quality red and white wines expressive of the unique terroir. The estate comprises 180 hectares across multiple historic farms, including a Sir Herbert Baker-designed homestead and one of Stellenbosch's first wine cellars from the late 1600s.
