About the winery
This tiny Hungarian producer on Somló hill grows 11 ancient Carpathian Basin varieties using gobelet training and herb preparations instead of synthetic sprays. They make natural wines through spontaneous fermentation with minimal intervention, bottling unfiltered and without additives, so you're getting pure expression of these rare grapes like Furmint and Hárslevelű.
