Slowfox Wines is a family-owned and run vineyard in Mudgee, NSW, producing hand-picked, small-batch wines from their 7-hectare vineyard. They use wild yeast ferments and basket press techniques, with wines aged in French and American oak barrels. The cellar door offers tastings and sales in an eclectically styled setting next to the vineyards.
