The Sleeping Giant experience

Chris purchased this 12-acre estate in 2006, and constructed a spectacular winery designed for our guests to enjoy tasting with vineyard views at almost every angle. Tour the estate with a glass in hand, then relax in our tasting room that offers picturesque views of the Tuscan-like rolling hills of Carneros.

About

Esteemed Napa Valley winemaker Chris Dearden has opened the doors to Sleeping Giant Winery in the Tuscan-like rolling hills of the Los Carneros AVA. The cornerstone of the brand is Dearden's Carneros vineyard property which houses Sleeping Giant Winery, is planted to five different clones of Pinot noir and a small amount of Chardonnay on an 11.6-acre parcel.
