Chris Brinkmeyer and Bridget Hildebrand lead the program at Skyhaven Wines in Willcox, Arizona, drawing from grapes grown on the high-desert Willcox Bench. The portfolio spans Sangiovese, Syrah, Picpoul Blanc, Mourvèdre, Grenache, Tempranillo, Garnacha, and Vermentino. The 2023 Syrah earned Gold at the San Francisco Chronicle wine competition, while the Sangiovese and Mourvèdre took Silver there and at the Arizona Governor's Cup. Each of these wines rests eighteen months in neutral oak. The Willcox tasting room opens Fridays 1pm to 6pm, Saturdays and Sundays 12pm to 5pm, with weekday visits by appointment. A second location in Bisbee arrives late summer 2026. Wine club members receive up to fifteen percent off, complimentary tastings, and early access to new releases.
