About Simple Theory Wine Co
Simple Theory Wine Co grows from three generations of Maryland family vintners. The program centers on small-lot, sustainably produced wines. Chardonnay, Albariño, Merlot, and Bordeaux varieties form the portfolio. The tasting room sits on the second floor of downtown Frederick, at 37 N. Market St. Suite 200. Table reservations run two hours at no cost. Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday bring Happy Hour pricing, half off glasses from 3 to 6pm. Wine Wednesday offers 15 percent off all bottles. Twenty-one and over only.
Tasting Experiences
Theory Tasting
A guided tasting of 5 wines designed as an excellent introduction to the Simple Theory wine portfolio. Comprised of a variety of portfolio items to provide a comprehensive impression of their style of production. Guided by Wine Educators. Takes about 30 minutes to an hour, with a 2-hour table reservation.
Table Reservations
Reserve a table to choose your own experience. Enjoy a glass of wine with a paired snack in the welcoming lounge. Option to add on a guided tasting upon arrival. 2-hour table reservation available at no cost.
Happy Hour
Every Monday, Wednesday & Thursday from 3-6pm. Half off glasses of wine.
