Signum Blanc OG is the premium brand of Weingut Rothschädl, produced by Thomas and Toni Rothschädl in Leutschach, in Austria's Südsteiermark. Maximum 2,500 bottles per varietal per vintage. Grapes are harvested late by hand from vineyard soil containing tourmaline. Wines are fermented spontaneously without additives. The portfolio spans Sauvignon Blanc, Morillon, Grauburgunder, and Weissburgunder, aged in wood and stainless steel. Wines are packaged in handcrafted wooden boxes.
