Seven Birches Winery

About

Mark LaClair founded Seven Birches in 2010 at Windy Ridge Orchard before moving to RiverWalk Resort at Loon Mountain in 2016. The winery hand-crafts classic European grape varietals and uses locally sourced fruits, expanding to a 10,000 square foot facility in 2024. The program includes Rhythm Cider alongside wine. Meet the Winemakers tours run Wednesdays and Saturdays. A wine club connects members across New England and beyond.
