Seppelt Great Western is a historic winery founded in 1865 featuring 'The Drives,' the largest underground cellaring system in Australia stretching 3km beneath the property. The winery offers guided underground tours through hand-dug tunnels with rich history, including the famous Brandy Nook where Dame Nellie Melba bathed in champagne.
