Four generations deep in Riquewihr, Selig Jean-Michel works in very old oak barrels using traditional methods. The portfolio spans Crémant d'Alsace, Gewurztraminer, Sylvaner, Muscat, Riesling, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Noir. Recent releases include the Sylvaner 2023, Pinot Noir Rosé 2025, Muscat d'Alsace 2024, Crémant d'Alsace Cuvée Jules, Crémant d'Alsace Rosé Cuvée Charlie, Pinot Gris 2022 Cuvée Prestige, Riesling Schoenenbourg 2019, and Gewurztraminer Sporen 2022. Tastings happen in the cellar. The house also operates a gîte in Riquewihr.
