They craft a serious range of wines from Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon to Riesling and Pinot Noir, with a quirky touch: they plant their vines in "Mandalas" (circular patterns) to intensify sun exposure and achieve perfectly balanced, aromatic wines. The property spans 80+ hectares of vineyards, orchards, and a 1.5-hectare blue lagoon teeming with swans and peacocks.
