Schwenk Wine Cellars LLC

About

Paul Schwenk has been making award-winning wines in Kent since 1983, drawing on recipes passed down from his great-grandfather, a winemaker from Germany. The program includes St. Croix, Frontenac, Vidal Blanc, Baco Noir, Noiret, Gewurztraminer, Cayuga, Riesling, Seyval Blanc, and Niagara. Lake Alice Red ages in American oak for four years. Dry Frontenac is 100% Frontenac lightly aged in oak. Orchard Bay Vidal Blanc is 100% Vidal. Snowflake White blends Cayuga and Vidal. The tasting room offers outdoor seating, with tastings at $5 for four pours or $10 to keep the glass.
