About Schweinberger
Josef Schweinberger took over in 1950, starting with an inn and butcher's shop. Now in its third generation, the family operates 31 hotel rooms across two houses and a restaurant divided into four separate rooms: Restaurant-Bar, Parlor, Sunroom, and Dining room. Chef Stefan Schweinberger sources only regional products and serves International and Weinviertel region cuisine with vegetarian, light, and diet options. The wine list features current wines from top winemakers from the Weinviertel region.
