Jatschka operates a traditional Heuriger in Stetten, where wine and food meet in the Weinviertel style. The house produces from integrated viticulture and pairs its bottles with a homemade buffet. Certified as a Tut gut-Wirt since 2016 and holding the AMA-Gastrosiegel since 2018, the program balances hospitality with health-conscious practice. Bottle sales happen Saturdays from 9:00 to 12:00.
