Schreibeis works vineyard sites named Gaisberg, Offenberg, and Hase in Straß im Straßertale. The program centers on Grüner Veltliner and Riesling alongside Zweigelt and Cabernet Sauvignon, built on sustainable viticulture without herbicides. The Zweigelt Rosé took first place in both public and sommelier jury voting at the OÖ-Nachrichten rosé tasting in September 2025. Three gold medals followed at the Lower Austrian Wine Fair in December 2025. A tasting room operates at Gaisberg Keller.
