San Pasqual Winery sources grapes from local vineyards and renowned California regions, crafting small-lot wines across eight varietals. Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir, and Syrah anchor the reds, while Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Riesling round the portfolio. The 2025 Rosé of Cabernet Franc from San Diego County opens with strawberry and cherry, moving through honeysuckle, watermelon, and citrus to a white pepper finish. The program operates tasting rooms on La Mesa Boulevard, at La Mesa Wine Works & Winery, and in Seaport Village.
