About Salado Wine Seller
Salado Wine Seller opened in 2005 under winemaker June Ritterbusch. The program draws from more than 35 Texas vintners alongside estate fruit from Salado. Sweet Tweet, 100% Muscato, has moved over 1000 cases since March 2007. Big Bully blends 75% Malbec with 25% Tempranillo. Diamond Back pairs 55% Cabernet Sauvignon and 45% Merlot from the Salado vineyard, 2019 harvest. Night Flight is unoaked Chardonnay from estate vines, 2019 and 2020. Rootin' Tootin' runs 100% Sangiovese from Salado. Slyly Sweet, made from Black Spanish grapes picked in Belton in 2012, reached 18% alcohol.
