Salado Wine Seller opened in 2005 under winemaker June Ritterbusch. The program draws from more than 35 Texas vintners alongside estate fruit from Salado. Sweet Tweet, 100% Muscato, has moved over 1000 cases since March 2007. Big Bully blends 75% Malbec with 25% Tempranillo. Diamond Back pairs 55% Cabernet Sauvignon and 45% Merlot from the Salado vineyard, 2019 harvest. Night Flight is unoaked Chardonnay from estate vines, 2019 and 2020. Rootin' Tootin' runs 100% Sangiovese from Salado. Slyly Sweet, made from Black Spanish grapes picked in Belton in 2012, reached 18% alcohol. The tasting room charges $10 for five tastes.
