Open since September 2011, in Rogers, Texas. Dancing Bee Winery holds a distinction rare in Central Texas, the first winery in the area built around Honey Wine. G. C. "Clint" Walker, Sr. started beekeeping in 1930, during the Great Depression, and in 1994 Clint the third and Janice took over operations. The winery stands connected to Walker Honey Farm, at 8060 E US Highway 190. The mead program includes a Blackberry Melomel, a Traditional Sweet Mead, and a Cyser Apple Melomel.
