Rockbound Cellars sits in the Adelaida District on Paso Robles' West Side, where an estate vineyard grows under organic practices. Hand-harvested grapes become Bordeaux and Rhône style wines through minimal intervention, native fermentations, and a minimum of 18 months in French oak. The tasting room anchors downtown Paso Robles, walkable from the square, open until 8pm on Fridays and Saturdays. A signature tasting pours 5 to 6 wines. Three membership tiers, Rock Steady through Rock Star, offer escalating discounts and complimentary tastings.
