About Pasosecco

Pasosecco is the first and only Prosecco-style sparkling wine produced in Paso Robles. Elizabeth Stilson, winemaker and enologist for Treasury Wine Estates, crafts the program alongside vintner Chris Kern. Every bottle is made exclusively from Paso Robles grapes. Stilson was formerly assistant winemaker at Caelesta Vineyards and was nominated for PRWCA Cellar Worker of the Year in 2023. The wine has earned a Gold Medal at California Mid-State Fair and is available in over 100 locations across California.
