About River Dog Winery LLC
River Dog Winery sits 11 miles outside Richmond and 4 miles from the James River in Henrico, Virginia. Founded in 2017, the winery brought its first harvest in 2021 across 5 acres under vine. Floyd W. Oslin, who made his first vintage at age 16 and has spent over 40 years making wine, is the winemaker. The cellar expanded with a production building in 2022. The portfolio includes Cabernet Franc, Chardonel, Vidal Blanc, and Petit Verdot. Tastings run Friday through Sunday, noon to 7 PM.
