About Rio Lobo LLC
Rio Lobo LLC opened officially on July 4, 2020, in Weyauwega, Wisconsin. The family planted ten acres of grapes in spring 2015, then began excavation and building of the facility in 2016. The operation runs as both winery and brewery. Pizza is served on Fridays and Saturdays. The calendar includes an Oktoberfest celebration featuring live polka music.
