Vines & Rushes Winery, LLC

On the Prellwitz family farm in Ripon, Vines & Rushes grows cold-hardy Wisconsin grapes capable of surviving the state's frigid winters. The winery fires Neapolitan pizzas in a wood-burning brick oven, reaching 850° with a bake time around 90 seconds. Dough and sauces are made in-house, paired with ingredients from local farms and cheeses from local creameries. The pizza menu spans traditional Margherita, build-your-own, and weekly specials, with gluten-free crusts available by request. Live music and events run throughout the year.
