About Richmond Plains

This Nelson winery made New Zealand's first organic and biodynamic Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir, and they're still pioneering naturally made wines that taste like pure terroir. Family-owned by Lars and Sam Jensen, they pour seven wines including a stunning Blanc de Noir, plus there's a world's biggest grapevine rugby ball to admire while you sip. Winter hours are Thursday to Saturday, 11 am to 4:30 pm.
